The overweight or the people who have an excess of fat usually have very low glucose level. when a person starts to have more cortisol it will start eating your lean muscles mass for the energy production for the body.
4. You will End Up Looking Skinny Fat
We all want to look in shape, no one like to be a skinny fat. the excessive cardio will burn your fat for some extent but it will eventually burn your muscle mass as well. This will result in your looking skinny fat. Skinny fat is the case where you will not be having lean muscles mass and you will have fat stored around your belly.
