Every single gym rat wants to get those bulging muscles and they try every single plan to achieve that. Few do about able to achieve it but most fail. We hear a lot about high-intensity training, high volume training etc etc etc, but we rarely get desired results at the end. We will tell you 3 simple but effective steps which surely will help you grow those muscles really fast.

understand one thing that our body is very smart, it adapts if anything works against it. When you push your body to the extreme limit, your body goes at the extreme to adjust to it. You need to lift heavy weights to produce micro-traumas in your muscle fiber. Your body like we told is smart, it will take it as the threat and grow to counter the tension. You don't need to go for higher reps, just 3-8 reps are more than enough. When you lift heavy your muscle fibers grow and that how you develop the muscles.
The focus should be on the compound moments, so try to do more of Bench Press, Squats or Deadlift. These are best exercises or rather we will say king of exercises.
Give enough rest period in between ideally 2-3 minutes.
It is not really a rocket science, you all need to do us focus on the targetted muscle when you hit it. Keep it under maximum tension while you performing the workout. There is no point doing countless reps without any mind and muscle connection. The slow and controlled motion will give your muscle enough tension to grow.
Focus on controlling your weights rather than weights controlling you.
This is by far most important of all, no matter what style or training plan you follow most important thing is progressive overload. Your body is going to adapt to a weight after the certain period of time, It needs the shock to adapt. All you need to increase your weight, increase repetition, increase the frequency of workout, Increase intensity and volume of your workout. This will shock your muscle and it will not remain Idol.
Keep in mind that Progressive overload is by far most important if you stuck on same weights you most likely will hit plateaus of muscle growth.
